Peak Revenue Systems SMS Messaging Program

Peak Revenue Systems (“PRS”) offers an SMS messaging program that may include: appointment reminders, operational updates, service notifications, follow-ups, and (where you consent) marketing or informational messages related to our services.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from PRS, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in (e.g., via a web form, checkbox, scheduling page, or other opt-in method), you consent to receive SMS messages from PRS.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with PRS (e.g., appointment scheduling, service updates, follow-ups). We aim to keep messages relevant and minimal.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Check with your wireless provider for details.

4. Opt-Out (STOP)

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one additional confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

6. Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may fail due to carrier/network issues, device settings, or coverage.

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and service providers used solely to deliver text messages on our behalf.
