TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT WILL PRS’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRS from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
